Stanowisko: Technical and Sales Support (Poland)

Basic function:

The position has as its purpose the trade promotion / technical support for the areas of expertise. The training activities and technical communication for the area, warranty coordination and support the quality manager AM.

Close cooperation with distributors in sell-out activities, market monitoring and participation on promo events.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

Technical and Sales Support in the areas of its competence::

• organizes and conducts technical trainings for direct / indirect customers,
• provides technical assistance to customers regarding products and applications,
• provides technical support to the sales forces,
• analyzes and reports technical / application problems to the technical department for the search for the „most suitable” solution,
• ensures the correct flow of information between the company and its own market,
• coordinates the technical information activities from the Italian office to its own market (technical communication, etc.),
• participates in central team work for strategic discussion of the technical content of communication to customers,
• drives sell-out promotions of Dayco products to distributors and workshops,
• organizes and plan visits in close coordination with distributors and sales staff,
• monitors and analyzes the existing market to pursue opportunities of sales growth,
• plan and prepares attendance to promotional events on automotive aftermarket to professional users (may be also organized both in weekdays and weekends).

Knowledge and experience:

• knowledge of automotive AM,
• technical background in automotive technology,
• higher education (or secondary technical) preferred,
• experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

Skills:

• good knowledge of MS Office / Windows environment,
• driving license B at least,
• strong communication skills in Polish (native) and English written and verbal,
• manage complexity,
• problem solving ability,
• teamwork developing,
• communication (Teamwork, multi-tasking, etc.) and information sharing ability,
• availability and reliability,
• strong work relationships building
